About Me

My name is Chase, I am a creative designer studying at Delaware Tech. Over the past few years I've developed a passion for everything design, from picking up a camera to working across the Adobe suite. What I love most is the full process at the end of it all: sketching thumbnails, building mockups, and seeing it all come together in the final piece.

Outside of design, sports take up a big part of my life. I follow football, baseball, hockey, basketball, and everything in between I'm always analyzing players, prospects, and what each team needs to make a championship run. I also enjoy gaming and use it as another outlet for my creative thinking.

My biggest dream is to one day direct a feature film. I've had the idea for years while I have the plot vaguely written, and I keep chipping away at the screenplay, storyboards, and scripts. Getting to see that finished film in theatres with my mom would mean everything to me. I'll do whatever it takes to get there. Whether that's designing newsletters, running a camera at a sports event, or capturing a landscape. Every piece I create is a chance to tell a story, even if it's a 30 second class assignment.

I also want to be someone for younger interested minds to look up to, proof that you don't have to be the best student or test taker to create something meaningful. Being dyslexic and ADHD has never stopped me from coming up with ideas and finding my own way to get things done. If anything, it's made me think differently. I want people who feel the same way to know there's a place for them in this industry too. Even choosing a community college over a bigger school has been the right call. The people in my program genuinely care about where you end up and want to see you succeed. That kind of environment means more than any name on a building.
